The Content Services Team Lead will use a blend of business, analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills to lead a high-performing team that manages third-party relationships to acquire content on time and to improve content quality to meet EIS’s evolving content requirements. Through strong communication and lean practices, the Content Services Team Lead will be a champion for process improvement and an influencer to institute change related to how we acquire content. The candidate will be responsible for measuring, monitoring, and improving the team’s performance against success metrics in a results-driven environment. The Team Lead should proactively identify root causes and prevention plans for blockers, handle escalated or sensitive publisher inquiries, and identify and execute on opportunities that will better meet the needs of the business.
