The Junior Associate will: assist in preparing federal Historic Preservation Certification Application Parts 1, 2, and 3; research and assist in writing National Register nominations and landmark designation reports; and provide support to project team for historic rehabilitation projects across the country, requiring interface with building owners, architects, engineers, and contractors, and federal, state, and local regulators.
