Primary responsibility for the first position is the teaching of World History from the birth of civilization to the eve of the Modern Era. The ability to teach Western Civilization prior to the early modern era is desired. Primary responsibility for the second position is the teaching of World History from c. 1600 to the present. The ability to teach Western Civilization from the early modern era to the present is desired.
