This crucial role requires a skilled professional in the field of organisational development and capacity building to provide support to its Sections in the West Africa region and the leadership in the Sub-Saharan Africa region. The work will involve providing support to the national sections to build their capacity in the areas of governance, management, strategic and operational planning, and growth of members and supporters. The role also has a regional scope, providing support to Amnesty leadership (from sections and regional offices) in sub-Saharan Africa.
