Reporting to the Director of Instructional Excellence, the Curriculum Design Specialist will work with individuals, departments, and programs across UWEO on projects that include researching information about innovative practices related to teaching and learning, designing and offering workshops for specific courses, and disseminating resources. This role will also collaborate with our faculty, instructors, and program managers to identify assessment needs, to support data collection strategies, and to integrate assessment into the development of courses and programs. Assessment projects will also include the design and assessment of inclusivity and access in our courses and programs.
