Under the direction of the Senior Director, helps to plan, organize and direct operations of the Media Relations department in the Office of Media Relations & Strategic Communications. Works closely with the Vice President for Media Relations & Strategic Communications to prepare senior university leaders for media engagements, and staffs and manages those engagements as assigned. Develops strategies and rollout plans for key university initiatives, particularly in research, innovation and entrepreneurship, and plays a leading role in developing digital media relations strategy.
