Penguin Random House is seeking a Junior Designer to create exceptional and unique book covers for the Dutton imprint. The Junior Designer will conceptualize and design book jackets and covers for a wide range of fiction and non-fiction titles in both hardcover and trade paperback. Specializing in highly successful fiction franchises, Dutton’s bestselling authors include Harlan Coben, Tami Hoag, Joseph Finder, and Lisa Gardner. Bestselling nonfiction authors include Drew Barrymore, Daniel Levitin, and Nick Offerman.
