The Policy Director leads the California Housing Partnership’s policy and advocacy work to (1) increase funding for energy efficiency and renewables benefitting low-income renters, (2) improve how energy efficiency and renewable energy programs serve affordable multifamily rental housing, (3) increase funding for and the efficiency of the Affordable Housing Sustainable Communities program, the Low Income Weatherization Program, and (4) provide leadership on the financing and preservation of well-located affordable rental homes throughout California.
