The Proposal Manager’s primary responsibility is to manage all phases of the proposal development lifecycle – leads through transition of awards. The Proposal Manager works and collaborates across the organization with staff in Programs, Finance, Human Resources, Global Operations and Program Support Services, Marketing and Communications and organizational leadership, to ensure the successful completion and responsiveness of CRDF Global’s proposals that are targeted to a wide range of funding sources.
