The Chief Diversity Officer (CDO) will provide vision and leadership in promoting the institutional culture that supports diversity, equity and inclusion. Reporting to the Chief Deputy to the President and the President, the CDO is responsible for guiding efforts to conceptualize, assess, and cultivate diversity as an institutional and educational resource. The CDO will serve as a member of the President’s leadership team as well as on the University Council.
