The dean will play a key role in providing leadership and vision aligned with the mission of CSUSM and the core values of the College, including those of social justice, support for diversity, and inclusion. To do so successfully, the dean will address a set of key opportunities and challenges: Inspire the College with a vision and an actionable strategic plan; Manage and creatively grow resources to deliver on the strategic plan; Build on CHABSS’s reputation and connectedness in the region to advance the College; Value a community engaged and global outlook for the College; and Support CHABSS student success by provide outstanding opportunities for all students.
