We are seeking an experienced admissions professional to lead the school’s Admissions Program. The Director of Admissions is responsible for a comprehensive enrollment management program for both recruitment and retention. The Director cultivates strong relationships with prospective and current constituents to support Baker and help to improve the institution’s success. The position reports to the Head of School, works closely with the Board of Directors, and is a member of the school’s senior leadership team.
