Manhattanville College seeks qualified candidates for the position of Director of the Center for Inclusion. The Center has been established with a broad focus on the promotion of awareness, understanding and respect for cultural similarities and differences through the careful planning, coordination, and implementation of comprehensive programs, services and activities for diverse student groups. The incumbent will work closely with campus-wide partners to provide education and training opportunities that emphasize multidimensional aspects of identities, such as race, class, sexual orientation and other identity constructs to expand and sustain an inclusive campus environment. The Director will be skilled at building community through increased cultural awareness, the celebration of culture, and the promotion of positive, meaningful relationships across diverse group lines.
