The Director of Development Operations functions as the Advancement department’s Chief of Staff. This position manages operational and administrative functions for the department, coordinates communication with the Director of Advancement and provides oversight for programs and projects. This position also works with the Director of Advancement on department planning, strategy and budgeting.
