The Director of Digital Content is the primary creator of engaging and informative content for the NAIS website. A strong writer and editor, s/he oversees NAIS’s digital properties and ensures that information is clear, relevant, timely, and optimized for web and mobile reading. S/he evaluates analytics and improves site content, structure, and taxonomy to provide a high-quality user experience. As a member of NAIS’s Membership and Community Engagement Team, s/he looks for opportunities to continually improve information delivery and grow member engagement. S/he also oversees NAIS’s digital media manager.
