Director of Donor Relations is responsible for producing and implementing a comprehensive donor relations and stewardship strategy for External Affairs. A key part of this role will be to develop standard procedures for donor recognition and continuous communications to improve donor experience and then analyzing and communicating the impact on fundraising results. In partnership with colleagues the Director will serve a key role in donor and prospect events. The Director will also manage a team to ensure high-quality stewardship reporting and to create appropriate donor signage and recognition opportunities.
