Under the direction of the Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer, the Director of Inclusive Leadership provides overall leadership and management of the Amherst Fellows Program (AFP) and general assistance and support of diversity and inclusion training and development. The Director of Inclusive Leadership will design the program to create infrastructure around diversity and inclusive leadership development across all segments of the employee community. The program will prepare and support emerging leaders, mid-managers and those whose next role is likely at the senior leader/executive level. This flagship program is intended to distinguish itself as a national leader in higher education leadership development focused on key elements of diversity and inclusion.
