The Franklin Institute, the most visited museum in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, seeks a senior level professional as its Director of Individual Giving.  This position is responsible for the strategic management of individual fundraising through annual, major gift, and planned giving programs.  The Director of Individual Giving works closely and independently with institutional leadership including the Board Chair, Development and Government Relations Committee Chair, President and CEO, Trustees, programmatic vice presidents, and other key volunteers, and supervises four professional employees in meeting and exceeding established goals for all individual giving program areas.
