The Director of Individual Giving is a newly created position at New England Conservatory, responsible for leadership and annual giving. Reporting to the Vice President of Institutional Advancement, s/he will oversee frontline major gift fundraising as well as the management and growth of a best practices annual giving program. The director will work closely with the Vice President of Institutional Advancement, Sr. Director of Advancement Support Services, Director of Donor Relations, high-level volunteers, including trustees, and other members of the Institutional Advancement team.
