The full-time Development Director reports to the Executive Director and is responsible for managing all fundraising efforts of the organization, through the research of, writing, tracking, and reporting on all grants, as well as through the design and management of fundraising events. The organization is small, but the goals are ambitious, and the Development Director takes complete ownership over the organization’s effort to attract new funders and donors, and to stewarding those organizations and individuals as partners in the mission.
