The CP Preservation Planner III performs difficult and responsible planning work in the areas of land use, zoning, development, urban design, and housing. to prepares or assists in the preparation of reports and planning studies; processes land use applications; provides information on planning policies and procedures; conducts limited environmental reviews and may also coordinate environmental review processes; and performs related duties as required.
