The Mason Publishing Group Production Editor is responsible for the development of print and digital publications. Mason Publishing is an initiative that unites the George Mason University Libraries’ existing digital publishing activity with the George Mason University Press to form a set of publishing services for the university. Reporting to the Head of Mason Publishing Group, the Production Editor prepares content for publication across a variety of formats and platforms (e.g., print, e-books, mobile and Web). The design, layout and production of content across Mason Publishing products and platforms (e.g., books, e-books, online journals, Web content etc.) are key responsibilities.
