Victory is looking for an experienced Project Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management with proven skills in setting up, implementing, and accomplishing projects as well as relevant experience in the publishing industry. He or she will have previously been responsible for managing complex, multifaceted projects as well as multiple smaller projects. The ideal candidate will have excellen organization, team building, communication, and technology skills as well as a high level of proficiency in creating, maintaining, and overseeing detailed schedules and budgets.
