Reporting to the Homeownership Manager, the Senior Program Analyst (LIFT)performs data driven analyses to evaluate the performance and impact of NeighborWorks America’s LIFT (Let’s Invest For Tomorrow) down-payment assistance program and participates in other program evaluation, analyses, design and execution with an emphasis on its relationship to the homeownership performance on the corporate score card. This work requires the ability to aggregate, review, analyze and present performance measurement and market data needed by senior management, the NeighborWorks America Board of Directors, outside funders, and other stakeholders to make informed investment and planning decisions.
