The incumbent serves as the Shop Superintendent and craft/fabrication lead at the Lawrence Hall of Science and is responsible for overseeing all shop activities including design, prototyping, construction, testing and ongoing operation of one-of-a kind interactive exhibits, devices and materials. This includes fabrication of items developed in-house as well as installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanically complex leased and purchased exhibit components.
