This position supports the McCormick School of Engineering’s Office of Administration, Finance and planning in the management of day-to-day facilities matters and strategic planning of space utilization. Serve as the office manager to coordinate movers, furniture vendors, and key assignments, building plans and routine service with university Facilities Management and Risk Management. Reporting to the McCormick Associate Director Facilities Administration, manage projects to execute new faculty lab renovations and large scale construction projects as the administrative project manager. As the school’s space data analyst, evaluate space utilization and needs, using space performance metrics to independently prepare accurate reports, annual surveys and presentations the support decision-making by deans and directors.
