Reporting to the Research Manager, the Fellow will have a meaningful impact on green building and energy efficiency practices in New York City and beyond. The Fellow’s primary responsibility will be building the carbon-forecasting tool in spreadsheet form and the statistical analysis of data on up to 15,000 properties. The role may also include developing other data models, literature reviews and recommending new policies and practices.
