The Department of Anthropology at the University of California, Santa Cruz, invites applications for a tenure-track position in socio-cultural anthropology and public policy at the level of assistant professor beginning July 1, 2017. We seek scholars whose work brings together ethnographic research on landscapes, health policy, law, political economy, the state, and/or migration policy in order to shed light on the new social and cultural worlds being created as a result of environmental and geopolitical crisis and change.
