The Department of English at the University of Puget Sound seeks a colleague for a tenure-line position in the creative production and rhetorical analysis of new and emerging genres or digital media. The successful candidate will also contribute courses that enhance our department’s offerings in the craft of writing, broadly envisioned. We encourage applicants who examine the relationships between formal, aesthetic, and technological developments and social justice, including but not limited to issues of subjectivity and community; digital access and literacies; the rhetorical production of activism; cultural discourse; critical gender, race, sexuality, and disability studies.
