The Assistant Vice President (AVP) for Advancement Operations will be a bold and effective leader capable of guiding an already-successful advancement operation through a period of evolution, utilizing continuous quality improvement built on client feedback and deploying business tools and resources to serve the needs of strategic partners Grounds-wide. She/he will lead a team of approximately 35 employees, directly oversees a departmental operating budget of almost $1 million, and strategically oversees the development and stewardship of University Advancement’s $18 million budget.
