Associate Director: GLBTQ+ Services | Miami University
The Associate Director of GLBTQ+ Services is a member of the Office of Diversity Affairs and works with colleagues and stakeholders in creating an inclusive environment for all students. This position reports directly to the Director of Multicultural Affairs in the Office of Diversity Affairs. This Associate Director will oversee the daily operations of supporting students who identify as gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, questioning or allies; to provide education to the Miami community concerning GLBTQ issues; to advocate for inclusion around issues of sexual orientation and gender identity. This position is additionally charged with fostering collaborations with various departments within Student Affairs, as well as other university divisions such as Academic Affairs and Enrollment Management and Student Success.
