Under limited supervision, assists Planning, Zoning & Preservation Division staff with research and analysis pertaining to both current and advance preservation planning initiatives. Assists with Certificates of Appropriateness (CoAs), Land Development Regulations and other matters in the City’s historic districts. Provides assistance to applicants and the general public pertaining to preservation planning matters. May operate independently on simple zoning matters.
