The Digital Services and Marketing and Manager is responsible for developing and sustaining CRM, SEO and Digital Marketing Services, including the development and production of a CRM service that supports the college’s needs. Developing a working strategy and business processes for executing SEO across all Mays websites. Developing the Communications Office’s role in providing high level Digital Marketing Services to faculty, staff and Ph.D. students. Overseeing the maintenance, development and innovation of the college’s website and the technical support of social media channels. Manages one to two employees to execute website maintenance and Salesforce initiatives.
