The Director of Diversity and Multicultural Programs will partner with and report to the Director of Human Resources to meet the goals of the Office of Diversity and Inclusion. The Director will also serve as a member of the senior administrative team and works closely with the Headmaster, Associate Heads of School and Division Heads. While charged with providing support to all members of the Latin community, the Director will have a particular focus on faculty and staff recruitment and retention, student recruitment and retention, curriculum and student life.
