The Department seeks to hire a tenured associate or full professor in U.S. History in the World since the 19th century, whose research and teaching engages the broadest themes in modern international and transnational history. The department welcomes applications from scholars whose work engages states as well as non-state actors, cultural relations, and transnational subjects and spaces.
