St. John’s University in Queens, New York, invites applications for a full-time position as Gallery Director, of the Dr. M. T. Geoffrey Yeh Art Gallery beginning in August 2016. Responsibilities include planning, directing, and promoting programs and activities at the Dr. M. T. Geoffrey Yeh Art Gallery as well as overseeing installations in several other smaller exhibition spaces on campus. The Gallery Director provides educational service and assistance to the Department of Art and Design and engages with the campus and local community through exhibitions, events, and partnerships.
