The International Liaison Specialist (ILS) directs activities related to UMSL’s academic partnerships in the Middle East in particular with The Gulf University for Science and Technology in Kuwait, with particular focus on accreditation, program development and review, faculty hiring and development, and overall coordination of Middle East programs on behalf of the University.
