Oversees staff involved in implementing communications activities and processes. Position is responsible for administering one or more major functions for the organization, typically making strategic process level or medium-level interpretive decisions. Fully responsible for marketing and communications, related budget planning, and resource allocation for area. Responsible for editing, researching and writing for a wide variety of internal and external communication channels including, but not limited to, media releases, press advisories, marketing collateral materials, and digital media. Develops and implements communication programs in support of LSC and campus goals and initiatives and takes part in daily implementation and project activities as needed.
