The Meadowbrook School of Weston, a pre-kindergarten through 8th grade school located in Weston, MA, seven miles west of Boston, is seeking a teacher of middle school English to begin on April 17, 2017 through June 15, 2017. This opportunity is the result of a maternity leave. We seek candidates with teaching experience to teach three courses for grades 6, 7 and 8. Texts for the remainder of this year include: Golding’s Lord of the Flies, Wiesel’s Night, Lee’s To Kill a Mockingbird, Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Knowles’ A Separate Peace and two poetry units.
