Evergreen seeks to appoint a full-time faculty member with expertise in the social and cultural history of the United States, emphasizing the history of race, ethnicity, gender, labor and/or sexuality, or the intersections of these fields. The successful candidate will be especially committed to research and teaching (beyond surveys) 18th and 19th century U.S. history.
