Loyola University Chicago (LUC), College of Arts and Sciences, Department of Philosophy invites applications for an Endowed Chair appointment, beginning academic year 2017-2018. The desired area of expertise is European philosophy from Kant to present with a focus on traditions and methods ordinarily understood as continental. The Department of Philosophy has extensive teaching duties in LUC’s Core Curriculum and its undergraduate programs for Majors and Minors, as well as in its MA and PhD programs.
