The Department of Urban and Regional Planning, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign invites applications for a full-time, tenure-system position, specializing in transportation planning, commencing August 16, 2017. We are seeking a faculty member who conducts research on significant current transportation issues, and who can collaborate with other researchers on campus, particularly from Civil and Environmental Engineering, teach our existing transportation courses and otherwise add depth to our transportation planning curriculum.
