The Department of Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies, together with The Rock Ethics Institute at Penn State (rockethics.psu.edu), seeks a faculty colleague at the assistant or associate level whose teaching and scholarship focus on ethics and LGBTQ studies, beginning fall 2017. We are particularly interested in candidates who focus on the ethics of critical sexuality and gender studies in the context of issues and practices concerning queer community and activism, sexual violence, sexual pleasure, and/or queer theories, including indigenous queer theory, black queer theory and queer of color theory.
