The Associate Producer/DOD works in tandem with the Producing Artistic Director to ensure WFT’s optimum balance of artistic quality, financial strength, and alignment with its mission. S/he plays the lead role in developing and implementing WFT’s development plan, and in exercising responsible stewardship of WFT’s resources, in addition to assuming responsibility for day-to-day administrative activities.
