The Stephen Coats Memorial Fellow is a nine-month fellowship to promote workers’ rights in Latin America. This position will require knowledge of international labor rights and the challenges related to their application in Latin America. An ideal candidate is one who has worked with a labor union and/or is interested in working with a small, fast-paced NGO and is an independent, innovative and driven individual. Applicant must be fluent in Spanish and English, possess strong writing skills in both languages, and work effectively in diverse coalitions.
