Manager, Interpretive Programs | James Madison’s Montpelier

Develop excellent interpretive and educational programs for general audiences in accordance with the highest scholarly and interpretive standards. Manage the hiring, training, mentoring, evaluation, and continuing education of interpretive staff. Assist the Director of Visitor Education and Visitor Engagement in all aspects of the management of the Department. Work collaboratively with departmental, divisional, and site-wide staff to promote positive, accurate, engaging, visitor-focused programs that help Montpelier succeed as a nationally recognized historic site.
