This first set of hires inaugurates a multi-year hiring initiative and is an integral part of Georgetown University’s plan to expand African American Studies, and establish a Research Center for Racial Justice. We seek scholars who have an ambitious research agenda, a strong commitment to undergraduate teaching, and an earnest desire to help build the newly formed department and participate in other university service.
