The Photography Production Assistant assists the Haffenreffer Museum of Anthropology’s curatorial staff and registrar in the continued photographic documentation of the Museum’s collections to enhance internal and external access to, and use of, the collections. Specifically, the Photography Production Assistant will assist the Museum’s curators with basic photography, composition and lighting of captures to meet museum standards, digital imaging, file processing, entering image metadata, archiving and distributing digital assets using existing best practices in digital imaging, digital preservation, and digital asset and information management for cultural heritage materials.
