The College of St. Scholastica invites applications for a one-year Visiting Assistant Professor sabbatical replacement position beginning September 1, 2016. Candidates should specialize in early British literature and have successful experience teaching college-level writing. The 3-3 teaching schedule will include a British literature survey through the late 18th century, multiple sections of first-year composition, and business writing. Experience and interest in literary publishing are a plus since this position may involve advisement of the Freshwater Review, the department’s literary arts magazine, including the supervision of student editors and oversight of its spring publication.
