The Web Developer (LAMP/WordPress) is a member of University Communications, focusing on producing public-facing web applications. The position is responsible for maintaining existing systems, including the university’s web Content Management System (http://www.elon.edu), news database system (http://www.elon.edu/e-net), Employee Directory (http://www.elon.edu/directories) and Photo Repository, among others. The creation of new applications is also often required.
